Ever Been Stung?
Here at Honeymoon Hives being stung is a part of normal life.
-
If you get stung scrape the sting out as quickly as possible (use a fingernail, credit card or other object).
-
Do not pull or squeeze out the sting as it may release more venom.
-
Clean with soap and water, this will help remove venom.
-
To help reduce pain, itching and swelling try the following:
-
Baking soda can help neutralize the acidity in the venom.
-
Ice can help lessen the swelling and itching reducing the flow of venom
-
Vinegar is best for Wasp stings.
